Welcome to Freeze Dryers UK. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including freeze drying machines, Mylar bags, vacuum pump oil, and other consumables.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

2. Payment Terms (Pay by Bank / WallID)

We utilize WallID and Direct Bank Transfer for payment processing. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully authorized through the banking gateway or received in our bank account. For high-value items (e.g., £3,100 machines), we reserve the right to delay dispatch until funds are fully cleared.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Note: For customers using "Pay by Bank," your transaction is subject to the security protocols of your specific banking institution in addition to these terms.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, Freeze Dryers UK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance for international orders.

4. Consumables and Maintenance Products

Products such as vacuum pump oil and Mylar bags are sold as-is. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the consumables purchased are compatible with their specific freeze dryer model. Freeze Dryers UK is not liable for damage caused to machinery due to the use of incorrect or contaminated oil purchased by the user.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Consumable items (oil, opened bags) are exempt from being returned for hygiene and safety reasons. See Delivery and Returns

6. Limitation of Liability

Freeze Dryers UK shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
